Commissioning Telecom Engineer

We recruit on behalf of our client ,a multinational Telecom comanpy, a Commisiong telecom engineer who will be based in Congo .

Tasks and responsabilites :

• Integrate different system components with respect to factory integration plan (cost, delays, quality)
• Ensure system components coherence with Validate system functionality on site – system Tests (Site Acceptance tests)
• Manage the technical interface between Factory, design and Site: Investigate / report Anomalies – Propose / Implement solutions
• Erection, Commissioning material and site team plan and management 
• Provide customer services: System maintenance (on site / remote) – Technical support – training

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Telecom Engineering
• Major SDH equipment and supervision
• 3 & 5 years relevant experience
• Electrical habilitation (type French UTE C18-510 H2VB2VBR or equivalent)
• • Specific knowledge (the engineer must master at least two of the following technologies) :
• Experience in SDH Huawei, Alcatel OMSN,…
• Experience in second order multiplexer type ALSTOM DXC5000, ABB FOX, ALCATEL 1511& 1515,…
• Experience in Telecommunication network management system (Huawei T2000 & U2000, Alcatel 1353,1354, etc…)
• Experience in Power Line Carrier technology over HV transmission lines
• Experience in Microwave technology
• Experience in private phone network, trunking between various types of PABX through analog
• Experience in Voice over IP technology
• Experience of electrical substation environment
• Team Player with good interpersonal relation skill (Vendors, employees, client, sub-contractor)
• Very strong problem-solving skill
• Works effectively with minimal supervision.
