Job Functions
- This role will be required to perform the following functions:
- Should have 7 plus years of experience in enterprise network management application installation, configuration and customization as delivery Engineer.
- Should have good experience in IBM Tivoli Suite products.
- Should have very good understanding of NMS, FCAPS & ITIL
- Should have clear understanding of IBM Tivoli Omnibus Multi-tier architecture.
- Should have good understanding of Rules file.
- Should have good understanding of fault correlation, discovery & Root cause analysis.
- Should be capable of handling various third party north bound & south bound integrations with NMS systems.
- Should have good knowledge on defining the Key performance Indicators for enterprise network.
- Should have very good communication skills
- Should have very good problem solving, analytical & debugging skills.
- Should be able to highlight any deployment issues to Lead & Program Manager.
- Should be a Quick learner.
- Should be able to update LLD, NIP, Test cases and AS Built based on any design modification.
- Should have good presentation skills.
- Good knowledge on DB2 clustering.
- Should have good understanding of defining the compliance policies
