NMS Technical Project Engineer - IBM

Job Functions

1. This role will be required to perform the following functions:
2. Should have 7 plus years of experience in enterprise network management application installation, configuration and customization as delivery Engineer.
3. Should have good experience in IBM Tivoli Suite products.
4. Should have very good understanding of NMS, FCAPS & ITIL
5. Should have clear understanding of IBM Tivoli Omnibus Multi-tier architecture.
6. Should have good understanding of Rules file.
7. Should have good understanding of fault correlation, discovery & Root cause analysis.
8. Should be capable of handling various third party north bound & south bound integrations with NMS systems.
9. Should have good knowledge on defining the Key performance Indicators for enterprise network.
10. Should have very good communication skills
11. Should have very good problem solving, analytical & debugging skills.
12. Should be able to highlight any deployment issues to Lead & Program Manager.
13. Should be a Quick learner.
14. Should be able to update LLD, NIP, Test cases and AS Built based on any design modification.
15. Should have good presentation skills.
16. Good knowledge on DB2 clustering.
17. Should have good understanding of defining the compliance policies
