Manage, motivate and develop the production team, improve processes capabilities of the FO production unit in such a way that the targets of quality, safety, efficiency and deliveries are met.

Meet the given routing time of production orders,
Meet the quality targets (ppm, returns, claims; scrap,…),
Meet the On time delivery target
Improve the process capabilities,
Manage, motivate and develop the operators and team leaders
Ensure that customer requirements are addressed
