Driving License must.

University Graduation must.

Must have good English, French and Arabic.

Good in Email and Ms Excel and Letter writing.

Graduate from university. Presentable with good communication skills.

Male candidate.

Good in English and French speak, read and writing.

Well versed in email and Excel.

Atleast 4 years experience in similar work.

Reporting to the Operations manager on all related issues like, sales , prospect new oil & gas customers, action plan, approve products ensure delivery on time and logistics related activities.

Visit customers in Tunisia or any neighboring countries, with clear business plan for sales and operations.

Prepare regular reports regarding sales and logistics delivery activities progress.

Ensure the current and timely execution of all sales aspects including sales targets.

Coordination with freight forwarders based in Tunisia to deliver goods to customers on time, commercial responsibility for these.

Liaising with existing and new clients on assignment, coordinating the company shipping activities.

Ensure information received from the customers for new products and convey to head office.

Ensure the computer ERP system is updated.

Send daily reports to head office.

To assist in processing orders and expedite deliveries.

To prepare and maintain product catalogues, visit customers in and outside Tunisia.

Coordinate with finance regarding due payments for customers.

 To keep abreast of latest developments in the field and to advise superiors accordingly for implementation of the latest systems / equipments / items, processes and upgrades.

To prove technical, legal / statutory, commercial inputs and assist in the implementation of all sales systems in the organization to ensure that these are undertaken s scheduled.

Any other assignment as decided by the management.
